Look on the bright side Darien! 2009 Home sales statistics for November out shine 2007 and 2008 November statistics in some areas. While unit sales stayed about even with last year, average sale price and the list to sale price percentage have excelled over last year. 2009 median sale price has improved over 2007 and … drum roll, please… this November, the market time has beat out both 2007 and 2008! These improvements although not drastic, are a good sign for the 2010. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
