Deirdre–I like your optimistic outlook on the market. I have my home on the market in Wilton and feel it is fairly priced and just needs the right buyer to come along. Luckily, we love our home and we are not in a distress situation. But still, I don’t want to be sitting here a year from now. Do you have any suggestions as to what a home owner could or should do in order to get more people (the right people) looking at their house? Above and beyond what the realtor/broker does, is there one thing (or a few) that the homeowner should do?
