Cherry Lawn Park, A Key Ingredient to Fun in Darien

No matter your age, there is something fun for everyone at Cherry Lawn Park this year. Located on Brookside Road, just off of the Post Road in Darien, CT, Cherry Lawn Park is spread out over 27.5 acres of land. One of the most active and popular parks in the town, Cherry Lawn provides for a variety of activities including a playground, tennis courts, basketball court, softball field, multi-use field, and walking trails. The park also offers community gardening plots which are available to gardeners of all skill levels from spring through fall. In addition, Cherry Lawn Park is home to the Darien Nature Center, a non-profit organization offering programs for children and adults focused on awareness and preservation of our natural surroundings. Now that spring has finally arrived, its time to get outside and enjoy Cherry Lawn and all of the beautiful parks that Darien has to offer.
